Appliance removal across Cornwall

Cornwall is 15 towns and cities we cover, from Camborne and Newquay to Bude and Penryn. Cornwall Council runs its own bulky waste scheme with its own booking times, but the collection we offer works the same way everywhere: send a photo of the appliance, get one fixed price back, and two people carry it out of the room and onto the van. Pick your town below for the postcode districts and neighbourhoods it covers.

Appliance Removal holds upper tier waste carrier licence CBDU526130 with the Environment Agency, and every appliance collected in Cornwall goes for recycling at a licensed facility or is passed on for reuse where possible. Ask for a waste transfer note and we will send one.

Appliance removal in Cornwall: questions answered

Which towns in Cornwall do you cover?

Every town listed on this page, and the villages and estates around them. If your town is not listed, send a photo anyway with your postcode and we will tell you if we can collect.

Is the price the same across Cornwall?

The price comes from your photo and your postcode, not from a list. Send the picture, say which floor the appliance is on, and we reply with one fixed figure for the whole job.

How quickly can you collect in Cornwall?

Same-day or next-day collection is offered wherever possible. A message early in the morning gives you the best chance of a slot that day.

Does the appliance need to be disconnected?

Yes. The crew lifts and carries but does not disconnect gas, water or electrics. Unplug it and turn the water off, and use a Gas Safe registered engineer for a gas cooker.
