Herefordshire and Worcestershire is 12 towns and cities we cover, from Worcester and Redditch to Ross-on-Wye and Malvern. Council bulky waste collections differ from one area to the next, with Worcester Council, Redditch Council and Herefordshire Council among the 7 councils running their own schemes and booking times, but the collection we offer works the same way everywhere: send a photo of the appliance, get one fixed price back, and two people carry it out of the room and onto the van. Pick your town below for the postcode districts and neighbourhoods it covers.

Appliance removal in Herefordshire and Worcestershire: questions answered

Which towns in Herefordshire and Worcestershire do you cover?

Every town listed on this page, and the villages and estates around them. If your town is not listed, send a photo anyway with your postcode and we will tell you if we can collect.

Is the price the same across Herefordshire and Worcestershire?

The price comes from your photo and your postcode, not from a list. Send the picture, say which floor the appliance is on, and we reply with one fixed figure for the whole job.

How quickly can you collect in Herefordshire and Worcestershire?

Same-day or next-day collection is offered wherever possible. A message early in the morning gives you the best chance of a slot that day.

Does the appliance need to be disconnected?

Yes. The crew lifts and carries but does not disconnect gas, water or electrics. Unplug it and turn the water off, and use a Gas Safe registered engineer for a gas cooker.
